This artifact contains an inventory of all hardware, software, tools, maintenance and support services contracts that will be re-used, either temporary during as As-Is service delivery or during a migration to the To-Be service delivery or permanently in the To-Be service delivery.
This inventory adds information to artifact Inventory Of What To Use after further investigation. It shows what elements can be re-used without violating contracts and what should be bought. In some cases an artifact Additional Specific Contract is needed to allow us to re-use elements (think about asset transfer or the right to use licenses of the Client on the Client's behalf). |
